Vespan

Your ops eat a week every month. Take it back.

I connect the tools your fund already uses so your reports, KPIs, and capital calls run themselves. No new platform. No migration.

KPI Collection

“Chasing founders for numbers. Weeks of reminders for one spreadsheet.”

Collection runs itself. Founders reply in any format. A PDF, an Excel, a PowerPoint. The numbers get extracted, checked, and land in your tracker.

“What eats your time?”

These two are just the most common. If a process eats your team's hours every week or every quarter, it can probably run itself. Tell me yours.

Who's behind Vespan

10 years building your tools. And everything between them.

For ten years, as co-founder of Edda, I helped build the platform that 200+ funds across Europe and the US run their dealflow and portfolio on. And I spent just as much time in the field: running custom integration and automation projects end to end with their internal teams, solving the operational problems no product roadmap could reach. Funds kept asking us the same thing: migrate this, clean that, connect these two tools. The honest answer was always no, because a product can't say yes to every stack. Now I do. I turn a decade inside those funds into automation that fits how your team already works, so your time goes to decisions, not to moving numbers between files.

Where to start

You, me, and your problem.

01

A 30-minute call. You show me where the friction is loudest. No prep.

02

A working session on your real workflows, screen shared. Not a questionnaire.

03

A scoped proposal for the first automation. Fixed outcome, fixed price.

Common questions

The questions funds actually ask

No. That's the whole point. I work on top of the tools you already use, connecting and automating them where they leave off. Nothing gets replaced, and nothing gets ripped out. You keep your stack, it just stops leaking your time.

Your data stays in your systems. I build automations that move it between the tools you already trust, not into some new platform of mine. Everything runs inside your environment, on your terms, and I scope data access to exactly what a given workflow needs.

This is the part most people skip, and it's the one that matters. A demo runs once. A workflow has to survive the founder who sends a weird format, the tool that changes its export, the quarter that looks nothing like the last. What I build is meant to run for years, and I stay on to keep it running.

Then it's a normal Tuesday. In ten years I never saw two funds run the same setup. I don't sell one fixed integration. I work with whatever you have, however you have it wired.

With a Friction Map. Most funds I talk to are quietly frustrated by the same things: days lost in data rooms and due diligence when they should be deciding, LPs who hear from them less than they'd like, someone still chasing founders for numbers that never come in clean. The Friction Map is where you get to name yours. I sit with how your team actually works, you tell me what hurts most, and you walk out knowing exactly where the time goes and what it would take to win it back. Nothing more than that to begin.

Your next quarter close doesn't have to be a fire drill.

One call, and you'll know exactly what I'd automate first.

No pitch. I'll tell you in 15 minutes how I can help.
