Data collected

• Via the Reports and White papers download forms: first name, work email, and the title of the document downloaded.
• Via the Contact form: first name, work email, fund name, and message.
• No personal data is collected through browsing, cookies or analytics.

Purpose

• Sending the requested research report to the user.
• Responding to contact requests submitted through the form.
• Occasionally following up by email about Vespan's services, in relation to your professional role. Every follow-up lets you opt out, and you can also write to victor@vespan.co at any time.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Both processors are used solely to route and store form submissions. No other third-party services receive personal data.

International transfers

Airtable is based in the United States. Transfers of personal data to Airtable are covered by the safeguards set out in Airtable's Data Processing Addendum.

Retention

Personal data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, including any follow-up email, and ask for a copy of it. To exercise these rights, write to victor@vespan.co. Requests are handled within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Legal basis

Data processing is based on legitimate interest: responding to a request you made through one of the site's forms and, for professional contacts, occasional follow-up about related services, which you can refuse at any time.
